How can I guard against decay this Thanksgiving?

How can I guard against decay this Thanksgiving?
Friday, November 11, 2016

The holidays are coming! For many, this means eating anything and everything that looks delicious. However, that mentality can often lead to increased sugar attacks on the teeth. Increased consumption of sticky and sugary foods like cakes, pies, candy, and acidic foods and drinks like coffee, alcohol, etc., can contribute to the development of tooth decay.

It's OK to indulge every one in a while, and we encourage you to spend special moments gathering around the table with your friends and family this holiday season. We also encourage you to be mindful of your sweet tooth; remember, a sweet tooth can turn into a painful tooth.
